The individual purchasing a commission, referred to here as "the commissioner", must be 18 years of age or older in order to purchase a digital artwork, referred to here as a "commission". By purchasing a commission, the commissioner is agreeing to pay the listed cost to the artist for a digital artwork. The commission is provided in PNG format by default, and other file types and formats are available to the commissioner at their request.The artist withholds the right to alter the base price of the commission if there are circumstances which require it, primarily including increased complexity of the commission. Payment is taken prior to starting the commission, and is final; refunds will only be provided if the artwork is not completed or if there are extenuating circumstances that are agreed upon by both parties prior to the refund. If the commissioner wishes to use the artwork for commercial use, the commissioner must declare such to the artist before the purchase of the commission.Any commissioned works without express permission from the artist are not allowed to be used for any commercial purposes. Additionally, use of commissioned artwork for online tokens such as NFTs, as well as use in neural networks, LLMs, or any other AI generation software training, is strictly prohibited.Commissioned artwork is subject to being posted on the artist's social media accounts, with credit given to the purchaser as well as to the creators or owners of all characters in the artwork. The commissioner may request at any time for a commission to remain private and be excluded from being posted online. This right extends to any time after the commission has been posted, at which point the post will be removed from all social media profiles owned by the artist. The commissioner may also request, when the commission is posted, for the commission to be credited anonymously instead of to them. The artist withholds the right to post any commission without credit to the commissioner. The commissioner may also post any commission they purchase online on their own social media profiles, so long as the commission is not being used for commercial purposes and the artist is credited with at least one link or tag connected to the artist's social media profile(s).

Commission prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change, but will remain at the listed price online for the full duration of any commission opening which lists them.All payments for commissions happen up-front, before any work on the commission has been started. If payment has not been received for 10 days after an invoice has been sent, the commission will be canceled.Payment for commissions is handled via PayPal, using PayPal invoices which are sent to an email account of your choice. You will never be asked to pay for a commission through any method other than an invoice from the Jintally PayPal business account. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay a PayPal invoice.In cases where an upcharge would be applicable, the upcharge cost will start at 10% of the commission's base price, and can increase to as much as 30% if necessary. However, most commissions will not receive upcharges, and the vast majority that do will be limited to the 10% increase in price.Refunds are available on request and depend on the current state of the commission. If the commission has not been started, I can offer a 90% refund; if the sketch has already been completed and sent over, a 50% refund; and at any point after the linework or color steps, a 10% refund. I will not offer refunds for completed artworks.

Each time I open for commissions, I take a number (usually between 10 and 15) to work on over the course of one month. The completion time of any given commission varies, but overall, most commissions should be expected to be completed by the end of the month in which they were ordered. If life circumstances change this, I will provide updates on social media, as well as in DMs if the situation is more time-consuming. If you want to check on the relative status of your commission, my queue is here!Sketches for each commission are sent out as WIPs once they are completed, and I will ask for approval on them before moving ahead with any linework and coloring in most situations. I usually only send one WIP during each commission process, but more can be sent over on request.Changes can be made at any point during the commission process, but any drastic changes made to a commission after the linework has been completed are subject to additional fees, or might otherwise be denied by me. If you're interested in making large changes, please mention them when you receive the sketch, as there are no issues changing anything at that point in the process!Once a commission is finished, I will send over a link to a full-resolution PNG of the finished work. After the final commission has been finished and approved, I will not make major changes to the work. I also do not "upgrade" commissions after they have been completed (e.g. turning a sketch comic into a full-colored comic).
